1) Who can benefit from AVirtual?

Anyone! As we are bespoke service, we try to ensure we can meet everyone’s needs and we pride ourselves on our diverse client base from start-up businesses and large corporate companies to actresses and jewellery makers, individuals or teams. Even families and friends can benefit from a virtual assistant as stress levels decrease and more time is freed up for socialising, playing with the kids or taking holidays.

 

2) What is dedicated assistance?

All of our plans include a dedicated virtual assistant. This means you can develop and nurture a long-term relationship. You will work with your assistant on a one-to-one basis, continually submitting tasks directly to this person. Your VA will grow to know you, your work, and your preferences – they might even start to second-guess your needs!

 

3) Can I access your other services through one plan i.e content writing, social media or website management?

Yes absolutely, that’s where the magic of AVirtual really starts to show. All through your one, simple AVirtual plan and at the same hourly rate, access our in-house designers, webmasters, content writers, bookkeepers, social media gurus, video editors and digital marketing experts. Use your virtual assistant  to manage your virtual team or talk directly to whatever expert you need at that particular time. It’s simple, quick and very cost effective.

 

4) Where will my virtual assistant be located?

All of our VAs are located in Cape Town, South Africa +1 GMT or + 2GMT depending on the time of year. Cape Town is one of the most cosmopolitan cities in the world, frequently voted as one of the best places to live, work and visit. One of your first tasks should be to get your AVirtual VA to organise your holiday out here.

 

5) How does the pricing work?

You will be billed at the end of each month according to the plan you’ve signed up to. Prices for packages start at £145 per month. If you’re unhappy with the service, you cancel your plan anytime in the first 30 days.

 

6) How do you provide a high-quality service at up to 50% less than other well know virtual assistant providers?

While we are a UK company registered and headquartered in the UK all of our VAs are based in Cape Town, South Africa. With high levels of education, but low living costs and wages, we can pass on the savings to you. In most cases you save over 50% when compared to other high-end virtual assistant providers but without sacrificing any of the quality, trust and security.

 

7) I don’t want to commit just yet…

8) How can membership benefit me?

By becoming an AVirtual member you receive round-the-clock support and advice for getting the most out of your virtual working relationship. We like to get to know you and understand your business so that we can provide you with the very best service, tailored to your individual needs and preferences. You can also benefit from the discounts and special deals offered exclusively to AVirtual members from our partner companies such as Uber, Pronto and Task Rabbit.

 

9) How can a virtual assistant really be personal?

All of our virtual assistants are specifically matched to our clients’ needs and personality based on the profile you give us. It is the VAs goal to make their client happy, get to know them and make their lives easier. In no time you and your assistant will have established a long-term, effective working relationship.

 

10) How long will I work with my virtual assistant?

As long as you want! If you are happy with your VA they’re yours as long as you keep your monthly membership.

 

11) What is the branded email?

This feature allows your dedicated virtual assistant to send and receive emails from your domain instead of their @avirtual.co.uk address. This adds a level of professionalism and gives the appearance that your assistant is in-house when desired. Branded email is included in all plans.

 

12) How do I communicate with my virtual assistant?

We find Skype/Zoom to be one of the most cost-effective and easiest applications to use for video conferencing and phone calls, but you can email, WhatsApp, phone, text – it’s up to you! Your assistant will have their own personal AVirtual email and UK phone number. We can also work on other communication methods if you prefer.

 

13) Can my assistant handle my calendar/inbox?

Absolutely. Your assistant can arrange meetings and manage your calendar with ease. Simply share and grant your assistant access to manage your calendar. It’s that simple!

 

14) Will my assistant be working on the weekend?

Our team work standard business hours (Monday to Friday). You can submit your tasks anytime, day or night, weekday or weekend and your personal assistant will receive the task(s) the following business day to begin working on them.

 

15) How does holiday allowance work?

Your assistant will always consult you before booking a holiday to avoid missing peak times for your business. While they are away we can arrange skeleton/ emergency cover should you need it.

 

16) I’m not sure this will improve my bottom line.

Nobody likes to spend money on overheads, but consider how much time you’re currently wasting on administrative tasks and how much your business could benefit from your focused attention. We’re confident you’ll feel it’s worth the investment.
